The sales coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving regional revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. They are a key contributor in several core sales processes that facilitate Tapco’s sales team to optimize performance. The successful candidate will be exposed to many aspects of customer engagement in an outcome-focused team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with sales teammates in the qualification and execution of marketing leads into sales opportunities. 
- Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities. 
- Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids.
- Maintaining accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP. 
- Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions. 
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
- Two years or more, of sales or customer service position.
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer facing role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. 
- Experience working with a CRM (preferred).
- Prior experience working within an ERP (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
