It’s time to open up the BSC at Beale. You’ll get yourself ready for a great day by checking the aisles and displays, making sure everything is in top shape for when our customers on the base arrive. And, wow! Here’s a customer now! You use your amazing people skills to build a trusting business relationship with each person who walks through the door: that’s how you’re able to sell them not only on our products, but on our mission. After you’ve helped your first customer pick out supplies for his team, you also help him check out. A great customer experience is what it’s all about, so you’re there for them start to finish.   Your day might also include: Keeping the store neat and clean Assisting with stocking Learning new skills alongside your manager QualificationsTop Requirements Must be able to pass a background check for base access, Real ID needed for base access High School Diploma or equivalent Customer service abilities Team player Must be able to lift 50lbs Key Responsibilities Processing customer transactions in POS system Assisting customers with locating items in the store Straightening and facing merchandise Stocking  Why Work With Us?
