This role provides support for passengers requiring wheelchairs and general passenger services.   Key Responsibilities   Safely assist passengers needing wheelchair or mobility support Provide directions, information, and customer service to passengers Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents Complete incident reports and logs as required Perform other duties as assigned   Requirements   High School Diploma or GED Must pass drug and alcohol testing Ability to lift, carry, or hold 75 lbs.
