*All Shifts are Monday-Friday and include a 1 hour lunch break

• Babies: 8am-5pm *part-time option available
• 2-3 year olds: 7:30am-4:30am or 8am-5pm *must be willing to potty train

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures when necessary.
• Assist with diapering, feeding, and other caregiving responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning environment aligned with developmental best practices. 
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year of childcare/teaching experience (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!)
