What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce close-tolerance precision components
Operate CNC mills as needed (mill experience is a plus)
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Make offsets and minor program edits to maintain quality and efficiency
Select tooling and optimize setups for repeatable production
Assist with fixturing and workholding solutions
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
Maintain quality documentation and follow AS9100 quality standards

What We're Looking For

5+ years of CNC machining experience with a strong emphasis on lathes
Proven setup and operation experience
Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
Strong understanding of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining fundamentals
A dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in producing quality work
Someone with the drive, determination, and dedication to continually improve their skills

Bonus Qualifications

CNC mill setup and operation experience
G-code editing
CAM experience (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar)
GD&T knowledge
Experience with Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc controls
Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience a plus, as this is the direction we're heading
Trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent training
