Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Technician to support the 166th Aviation Brigade in facilitating Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics operations. This role is critical in managing all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) using STAMIS platforms such as GCSS-Army and SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property accountability, logistics systems, and Department of Defense regulations. Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage and account for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) provided by the government.

· Report monthly GFE status to the Senior Logistics Lead and the accountable officer.

· Request additional GFE or initiate replacement procedures as needed.

· Coordinate the turn-in of excess GFE.

· Tag, label, and mark GFE in accordance with DFARS regulations.

· Report loss or damage of GFE following DFARS guidelines.

· Administer property management systems in compliance with DFARS.

· Ensure equipment not locally supported is maintained by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.

· May serve as Property Book Administrator, overseeing property accountability and documentation.

Basic Qualifications

· Over 5 years of Logistics experience.

· Over 5 years of GCSS-A experience.

· Fundamental knowledge of SAP.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Experience with STAMIS platforms (e.g., GCSS-Army, SAP).

· Knowledge of property accountability and inventory management.

· Familiarity with DFARS regulations and reporting procedures.

· Strong organizational and documentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience supporting military logistics or FMS operations.

· Experience serving as a Property Book Administrator.

· Advanced proficiency in GCSS-Army and SAP systems.

· Understanding OEM maintenance standards and procedures.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience preparing and packaging large sized shipments.
