About the Role:

The QC Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that services meet specified quality standards, regulatory requirements and government specifications at Fort Cavazos, TX. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems that identify and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively. The QC Manager leads a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and training to uphold rigorous quality assurance practices. Ultimately, the QC Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality performance and support the company’s commitment to excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies, including statistical process control and root cause analysis.
