If you're ready to take on a vital role in the precast concrete production process, we want to hear from you. About the Role: The Maintenance Tech C is an entry level position that performs general to semi-skilled labor to the facility, equipment, and company vehicles. Work includes minor plumbing, landscaping, snow removal, and minor repairs and tasks assigned daily. This position will also perform routine inspections, identify issues, and make appropriate repairs as required. This position assists the maintenance tech A and B positions.  Duties and Responsibilities: •    Assist with performing preventative maintenance on all equipment in the plant, including company vehicles. •    Perform monthly safety inspections and record keeping.   •    Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair and notify the lead of the situation.  •    Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to OEM specification.  •    Complete maintenance tasks from start to finish in a timely manner.  •    Assist with dismantling machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists. •    Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, parts, and equipment.  •    Operate cranes, drills, saws, and other small tools as required. •    Carry out various clerical or janitorial duties. •    Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information in CMMS software. •    Set up and operate machines. Adjust controls to regulate operations. •    Must follow all safety rules by always keeping work area clean and safe from hazards.  Qualifications: •    Regularly works near moving mechanical parts. •    Work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and concrete. •    Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of up to 45 pounds, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. •    Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. •    Noise level is generally loud. •    Long periods of standing.  •    Ability to work from a ladder or a boom lift at heights up to 60 ft.
