If you're ready to take on the challenge, Mid-States Concrete Industries is hiring top talent to join our growing concrete production team! As a Concrete Production Team Member, you’ll be part of the core crew manufacturing high-quality precast concrete products including beams, double T, and hollow core systems. This hands-on role in construction manufacturing involves reading tape measures and blueprints, assembling forms, placing rebar, and pouring concrete with precision. Key Responsibilities in Concrete Production & Construction: •    Build and assemble concrete forms for pouring structural precast products. •    Install rebar, plates, mesh, and foam insulation according to construction plans. •    Accurately read a tape measure and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure structural integrity. •    Operate hand and power tools commonly used in concrete construction. •    Stress and secure rebar strands for structural stability. •    Ensure safety compliance on-site and encourage team-wide safety practices. •    Maintain worksite cleanliness and support team productivity goals. •    Assist with training of less experienced construction team members. •    Work in all weather conditions and lift 50–100 pounds as required. •    Be able to stand, climb or kneel up to 10 hours a day Qualifications: •    Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. •    Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces. •    Ability to read a tape measure and interpret technical construction drawings. •    Previous experience in concrete work, construction labor, or precast manufacturing is a plus.
