Job DetailsJob Location: 10 - Bruceton Ag Services, Inc. - Bruceton Mills, WV 26525BENEFITS: · Health Insurance · 401(K) Matching · Paid Time Off · Disability Insurance · Opportunities for Advancement · Part-time & Full-time availability   Title:      Bruceton Ag Services – Customer Service Representative   Reporting Relationship: General Manager   Basic Function: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service through the use of product knowledge, positive attitude, and high energy.   Essential Skills and Responsibilities:    Greet all customers as they enter the store.   Assist customers in finding product/items to suit their needs Operate cash register/computer      Assembling merchandise; setting up and taking down displays Price changes/mark downs Ability to squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders Move and transfer merchandise generally weighing 0-50 lbs. throughout the store. Work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends                        Operate equipment necessary to run store such as a dolly, hand-truck, fork lift (if 18 years old), computer, and cash register   Qualifications: High school diploma  Retail experience and or farming/agriculture knowledge is preferred     Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.                                       Qualifications
