QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS Must have a valid drivers license with a company acceptable driving record. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts. Must be able to add, subtract, multiple and divide. Must be able to type. Must maintain a professional appearance. EDUCATION High School diploma or GED EXPERIENCE 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership preferred. Experience using ADP Dealer Services Software a plus.
