PAY & COMPENSATION SCALE
- Experience-based split CPM starting at $0.82 (3 mos) up to $0.90 (24+ mos).
- Weekly driver averages hit $2,250 on 5,000 miles, with annual ceilings over $116,500.
- $10,000 Split Sign-On Bonus structured across initial load, 30 days, and consecutive monthly milestones.
DISPATCH & LANE LOGISTICS
- Run preassigned, customer-planned weekly lanes across all 48 states (very rare NY runs).
- 100% drop-and-hook freight paired with company trailers.
- Teams must reside within a 100-mile radius of one another.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE
- Candidates need to show a baseline of at least 3 months of OTR background within the prior 3-year window.
- Strict screening requires passing a DOT physical, a urine drug screen, and a hair follicle drug test.
- Professional patience and strong customer service skills are essential.
