Success Criteria:
As a Lead Scheduler, you'll spend most of your time maintaining schedule quality, supporting manufacturing capacity planning, conducting schedule audits, and mentoring fellow schedulers on best practices. The most successful team members combine strong analytical thinking with technical scheduling expertise and exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where balancing production priorities, customer commitments, and resource availability is essential. Success in this role means maintaining high-quality Integrated Master Schedules, identifying project risks before they become issues, improving scheduling processes, and strengthening communication between Program Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. You'll also play a key role in standardizing scheduling practices, developing team capabilities, and driving continuous process improvement throughout the department.

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of scheduling, production planning, project controls, or manufacturing planning experience
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production scheduling
- Experience utilizing ERP and scheduling software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule accuracy
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Program Management, Procurement, and Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting government or defense manufacturing programs
- Knowledge of DCMA 14-Point Schedule Assessment methodology
- Experience performing schedule audits and driving corrective actions
- Familiarity with capacity planning and manufacturing resource management
- Experience creating standardized scheduling processes and work instructions
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a scheduling or planning function
- Knowledge of Jobscope ERP or similar ERP systems
