Job Title: Part-Time Daily Living Support (DLS)

Location: Brunswick, Maine

Salary: Up to $26 per hour + $300 sign-on bonus

Work Type: In-home & community-based support

Shift: Varies (Part-Time Scheduling)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to adult clients in their homes and surrounding communities
• Offer supervision and therapeutic support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
• Safely transport clients using your own personal, reliable vehicle
• Use smartphone applications, email, and electronic documentation (such as daily session notes)
• Work collaboratively with a 24/7 support team to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Active motor vehicle insurance and registration
• High school diploma or equivalent
