Job details            Ideal characteristics: Has experience working with young children and some coursework in early childhood, education (or a related field) CPL 1,2 or 3 ( wage is assigned based on years of experience and education/training documented in OCCRRA Ready to lend a helping hand and work as a team Supports families through daily communication and engagement Joins in on fun- singing and dancing Commits to watching students grow through the whole year (longevity) Provides social and emotional support and healthy relationships Professional and committed to quality Motivated and holds true to what you say you will do (integrity) Responsibilities Include Health and safety of children Prepares and implements hands-on activities Actively supervises the children at all times Daily communication (verbal, send pictures, videos, messages) Builds strong family relationships through goal setting and engagement in classroom activities professionalism Teamwork skills Punctual Enrolls in and completes training through training platforms Appropriate interactions, dress, communication Notes and Added Benefits You will have a large network of support available to train, educate and encourage you who is easily accessible every day.            Added Benefits: When you join the Small Hands Big Dreams team, it is more than just a job.
