Concrete Finisher

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA.  This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Assisting crew with site prep and concrete pours
• Perform mucking and surface preparation
• Rake and spread concrete throughout forms
• Finish concrete surfaces (smooth, level, and consistent) using floats, trowels, and screeds
• Support material movement and job site cleanup
• Help maintain job site efficiency and quality standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial concrete experience (foundations, curbs, site work required)
• Crew lead or foreman experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Ability to work at multiple job sites throughout the week (willingness to travel)
• Must have mud boots & personal tools including edgers, groover's, trowels, etc.
