- Ensure timely completion of client Configurations
- Coordinate with Warehouse Logistics team to coordinate client orders
- Communicate with client to troubleshoot Builds and Quality control documentation
- Image and configure computers, phones, tablets and other equipment as assigned
- Complete Quality Checklist and required paperwork for each system imaged
- Maintain compliance with HTG corporate expectations and procedures

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and box cutters.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years' experience in configuration, SCCM/WDS environment
- Familiarity with computer concepts: hardware and networking
- Competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate degree
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Windows Autopilot experience is highly desired
