Full-time Position  Job Overview: Responsible for assessing and providing quality services and meaningful activities for residents based on individual assessments. Customer Service: Follow the MOSES principles: Mission, Ownership, Success, Excellence, and Service. Key Responsibilities: Practice Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center’s values and mission. Plan, organize, and monitor individual and group activities for residents. Research and implement new programs tailored to residents’ needs. Adapt activities for dementia residents based on their abilities and interests. Collaborate with administration and other departments to coordinate services. Maintain and order activity materials, ensure safety, and provide documentation. Participate in team meetings, assist with Resident Council, and support family and community events. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. QualificationsRequirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in geriatrics, special populations, and recreation activities preferred. Ability to manage time, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude. Physical Demands: Must be able to push/pull up to 250 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs. Work Conditions: Position requires working in-person with variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
