Mustang Cat, the authorized CaterpillarĀ® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Worker to support our growing operations in Bryan, TX. This hands-on role plays a critical part in pulling and processing orders for heavy equipment parts, supporting technicians, service shops, and branch locations.

What Youāll Do as a Parts Worker:
- Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
- Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar parts and components
- Expedite urgent orders to support field service and shop repairs
- Process all parts orders accurately by the end of each shift
- Check in deliveries and verify inventory
- Make or assemble hydraulic hoses as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading the parts shuttle truck
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled areas
- Basic computer skills and comfort with order systems
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
ā Preferred Experience:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with heavy equipment parts, distribution, or industrial supply chains
