Job DetailsJob Location: Valley Auto Group - Bryan, OH 43506Salary Range: $70.00 - $100.00 Base+Commission/monthJob Purpose: - The Sales Manager New at Valley Ford Trucks-Master is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve sales goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. - Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Manage the sales budget effectively and optimize resource allocation. - Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.QualificationsRequired Education: -High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or truck industry - Automotive dealership F&I experience a must - Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
