If integrity, compassion, and a desire to learn sounds like you, then a service advisor role might be in your future.  What you’ll do:  •    Listen to each client and clearly articulates information on the repair order •    Ascertain the needs of clients, collecting information necessary for service or repair diagnosis •    Present a menu of recommended maintenance and additional services to every client •    Write Repair Orders, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure clients’ signature for authorization of repair or service •    Communicate to clients the current status of a repair order •    Inspect quality of vehicles following repairs of service to verify that all authorized work is performed properly •    Maintain a record of status of special-order parts •    Maintain required Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating in accordance with dealership standards •    Maintain required hours per repair order (HPR) in accordance with dealership standards •    Attend weekly department meetings What we offer:  •    Unlimited earning potential – production based pay •    Monthly performance bonuses  •    Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance plans  •    401(k) with company-match  •    Paid-time-off (PTO)      QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:  •    Reliable, compassionate, and motivated •    Desire to continuously develop and learn •    Customer service Experience (Preferred) •    Bilingual (A plus) •    Automotive experience (not required) •    High School Diploma or General Education Experience (GED) (Required) •    Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record  •    Pass Pre-Employment drug screening  •    Pass Background Check
