Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking compassionate, reliable, and hands-on healthcare professionals to join our team as Procedural Technicians at our Bryant clinic. As a Procedural Technician, you will play an important role in supporting safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment focused on both traditional mental health treatment and advanced neuromodulation therapies.
Position Overview
The Procedural Technician provides direct patient support and assists with clinical procedures that support mental health and neuromodulation services. This role involves hands-on patient care, room preparation, monitoring, documentation, and support of clinical workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Provide basic daily patient care and supportÂ
- Monitor patients during self-administration of medicationsÂ
- Record and document vital signs and appointment outcomesÂ
- Assistwith patient comfort, safety, and overall experienceÂ
- Prepare and set up procedure rooms and clinical spacesÂ
- Maintain and track clinical supplies and inventoryÂ
- Perform patient follow-up calls as neededÂ
- Support staff andassistwith clinic flow as directedÂ
- Perform Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments after trainingÂ
- Perform spectral EEGs after trainingÂ
What We’re Looking For
- BLS certification (required)Â
- Direct patient care experience (CNA experience preferred)Â
- Strong professionalism and customer service skillsÂ
- Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered attitudeÂ
- Willingness to learn clinical procedures, EMR systems, and clinic workflowsÂ
- Reliable, punctual, and organized approach to work responsibilitiesÂ
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environmentÂ
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds occasionallyÂ
- Ability to work in a clinical setting requiring sustained focus and attentionÂ
- Visual abilitiesincludingclose, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentÂ

Work Environment
The primary work location is the Alleviant Integrated Mental Health clinic in Bryant, Arkansas, with occasional travel to nearby Central Arkansas clinics as needed. Travel is compensated when required.
Schedules may vary based on clinic needs. The environment is fast-paced, patient-focused, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality care.
