Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role supervises housekeeping staff and establishes cleaning standards.


Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and train housekeeping staff
    • Ensure team adherence to cleanliness and service standards
  • Operations Management 
    • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
    • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Quality Control 
    • Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
    • Maintain consistent service quality across all areas
  • Compliance & Safety 
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
    • Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of housekeeping experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards

Working Conditions

  • May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Preferred Experience (Optional)

  • Experience in hotels, resorts, or large facilities
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
