What You'll Do:

Execute daily food preparation for our popular shawarma, gyros, fresh salads, and hot entrees
Manage multiple stations efficiently while upholding speed and accuracy
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and workspaces meet cleanliness protocols
Work alongside a talented crew to deliver consistent, guest-pleasing results
Contribute ideas for operational improvements and menu execution

Qualifications:

Prior line cook experience in a similar restaurant concept is a plus
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and portion control
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
