Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) – Full Time, Days
Status: Full Time
Shift: First

Job Summary:
The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) provides essential basic and advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. This role is responsible for assessing the extent of illness or injury, determining medical priorities, and performing emergency medical interventions in accordance with Kentucky Board of EMS (KBEMS) and locally approved medical protocols. The AEMT ensures safe and compassionate patient transport while maintaining a high level of professionalism, clinical skill, and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- Kentucky EMT-A Certification through the Kentucky Board of EMS (KBEMS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Certifications commensurate with level of certification per KBEMS and local requirements.
- Valid Kentucky Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
