Job Overview:
LSI Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a C Shift position in Excelsior Springs, MO. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures
Perform general facility maintenance
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and equipment issues
Investigate maintenance problems and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Follow Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements
Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions
Provide maintenance support across departments
Assist engineering and quality teams with tooling, fixtures, and gages
Report accidents and injuries promptly
Complete tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Stable work history and reliable attendance
Maintenance Technician Certificate or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain forklift license and pass physical
Preferred Skills:
Strong electrical background in AC/DC circuits
Mill and lathe machining experience
MIG welding proficiency
Fanuc robot troubleshooting, teardown, and repair experience
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
Strong mechanical skills
Problem-solving ability
