Loading Dock Team Member

What You'll Do

As a Loading Dock Team Member, you'll keep product moving in and out of our Bucksport facility accurately and on time-so production stays stocked and shipments leave right.

Key responsibilities include receiving and verifying inbound loads, staging and loading outbound orders, completing shipping/receiving paperwork with care, and helping maintain accurate inventory counts while following strict food safety and workplace safety rules.

Required skills/qualifications:
- Maintain access to a functioning Gmail account (schedules/updates sent via Gmail & Google Sheets)
- Previous forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication
- Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced setting
- Stand/move for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in cold, wet, and hot conditions; able to perform physical tasks safely
