As a Senior Manager, Talent Advisor, you will play a critical role in cultivating an environment where all voices are valued, employees are empowered, and communities thrive. Your efforts will support the vitality of our employee-led Communities of Interest (COIs), and drive culture and engagement initiatives that align with our organizational goals and values.

In this role, you will use your leadership, creativity, and data-driven approach to deliver exceptional programs and experiences designed to maximize employee engagement, enhance performance, and ensure a strong, diverse leadership pipeline. By collaborating across teams, you’ll help shape an integrated, forward-thinking workforce strategy that fuels retention, growth, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead COI Initiatives:
    Manage and grow the Communities of Interest (COI) program by fostering inclusive employee participation, supporting leaders, and building strong communities across the organization. Empower employees to share perspectives, spark innovation, and drive cultural change.
  • Shape Talent Strategy:
    Partner with  the Director of Talent Management to design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies tailored to organizational goals, workforce needs, and company values.
  • Design and deliver an end-to-end employee listening strategy to enhance employee engagement:
  • Deliver High-Impact Resources:
    Create and deliver presentations, workshops, and resources that promote leadership development, performance trend, and professional growth. Empower leaders and teams with scalable, innovative talent resources.
  • Support Organizational Readiness:
    Partner with cross-functional teams to shape SAIC skilling strategies, address workforce capability gaps, and develop robust plans to meet future talent needs and SAIC workforce transformation agenda in today’s dynamic environment.
  • Drive Change and Innovation:
    Spearhead initiatives that blend technology, culture, and people-centric approaches to create transformative employee experiences. Lead and sustain talent management initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Act as a Thought Leader:
    Serve as a visible and trusted expert in Talent Management, collaborating with leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners to integrate human capital principles into leadership development, succession planning, and talent advancement approaches.

Collaborate with the HR and Talent Development team to design, administer, and analyze employee surveys, including onboarding surveys, candidate experience surveys, and broader assessments.

Translate survey results into actionable recruitment and retention strategies, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Partner with internal communications and HR teams to ensure survey results are communicated transparently and that follow-up action plans are developed and executed

Utilize pulse surveys and feedback mechanisms to continuously assess the effectiveness of the candidate experience and employee lifecycle journey, making data-informed adjustments as needed

Serve as a champion for a culture of feedback, ensuring that candidate and new hire voices are incorporated into talent strategy decisions

Use influence to drive a culture of collaboration and accountability. Build programs that enhance employeeengagement and experience, while representing a trusted voice in organizational decision-making.
