Now Hiring: Mortgage Operations Coordinator (Full-Time / Hybrid)

Drive the systems behind modern mortgage lending

Are you a mortgage professional who enjoys making systems work smarter, faster, and more efficiently? Do you thrive at the intersection of mortgage operations, technology, and compliance? If you’re known for understanding how loans really move through the pipeline — and how technology can improve that — we want to talk to you.

This role is ideal for a Mortgage Loan Officer, Mortgage Operations professional, or mortgage systems expert who enjoys optimizing platforms, streamlining workflows, and helping teams succeed through smart system design.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our mortgage team, you will own and optimize the configuration, performance, and adoption of our Loan Origination System (LOS), Point-of-Sale (POS), and related mortgage platforms. This role focuses on enablement, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Own and optimize the configuration and performance of the LOS, POS, and ancillary mortgage technologies

  • Design, configure, and improve workflows, automation, templates, forms, and user permissions to increase efficiency and data accuracy

  • Partner closely with mortgage operations, compliance, and leadership to ensure systems align with regulatory, investor, and business requirements

  • Lead system updates, releases, testing, patches, and integrations across mortgage platforms

  • Troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes rather than simply resolving tickets

  • Analyze end-to-end mortgage workflows and recommend technology-driven process improvements

  • Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and training materials.

  • Onboard and train users; manage enhancement requests and prioritize system improvements

  • Support audits, exams, reporting, and secondary market loan preparation

  • Maintain system-based rate tables and pricing configurations in coordination with leadership

  • Participate in vendor evaluations and mortgage technology roadmap planning

What We’re Looking For

You are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and understand how mortgage systems support real-world lending operations. You’re comfortable translating operational needs into system solutions and enjoy being a go-to resource for both users and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree or certification in IT, Business, or a related field preferred)

  • Hands-on experience in mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or mortgage systems administration

  • Strong understanding of mortgage workflows and credit-granting practices

  • Experience working with mortgage systems, integrations, reporting, and data management

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage a high level of detail with accuracy and consistency

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, vendors, compliance, and leadership
