PRODUCTION SECTION COORDINATOR- 3rd shift

Production Section Coordinator- Lead. Support. Drive Results.

IB-TECH is seeking a motivated Production Section Coordinator to join our 3rd shift leadership team. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys developing people while improving processes, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Production Section Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting Team Leaders, coordinating daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping deliver exceptional results to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders and production associates
• Coordinate daily manpower, staffing, and overtime coverage
• Monitor production performance, quality audits, and productivity metrics
• Update production boards, attendance, training matrices, and daily reports
• Verify production counts, repair logs, labeling, and required documentation
• Support new model launches and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, 5S, and company policies
• Report daily production activities and performance to management
• Assist with training, disciplinary actions, and employee development
• Order production-related materials and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, OR
• 5-7 years of manufacturing leadership experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/manufacturing software systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Travel: Minimal to none (may be required occasionally)
• Overtime: As needed
