IB-TECH is looking for a motivated Stamping Support Technician to join our 3rd shift team. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting equipment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while helping keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Monitor stamping equipment and production processes
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Assist with emergency repairs on stamping and assembly dies
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Track finished products, empty totes, and skids
- Complete daily production documentation
- Support maintenance, production, and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles
- Assist with production needs across departments as required
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Operate cranes and tow motors (training provided)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to recognize quality issues before they become problems
- Dependable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
