Featuring a realm of entertainment, we have classic and new arcade games, a full restaurant and bar, live music, parties for kids or adults, and so much more. We are looking for experienced and talented Bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations QualificationsSpecial qualifications: The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. Experience and Skills: 2 years of experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Must be TABC Certified
