We are hiring a Lift Operator, Consolidation to support our Airport Logistics facility. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maximizing warehouse space by safely relocating and consolidating products, keeping inventory organized, and ensuring efficient use of storage. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team.

Shift Time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

Operate forklifts and other lift equipment in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse to safely move, stack, relocate, and consolidate inventory
Maximize cubic utilization by executing consolidation plans and repositioning products as directed
Use RF scanners to accurately place inventory in racking, pick items, and verify order accuracy
Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips
Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks; report any malfunctions or safety issues
Identify, document, and resolve inventory or quality discrepancies, following SOPs and using the ICAR process when required
Process inventory-related paperwork including orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
Meet productivity targets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
