Shift Time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday
In This Role
- Operate forklifts and other lift equipment in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse to safely move, stack, relocate, and consolidate inventory
- Maximize cubic utilization by executing consolidation plans and repositioning products as directed
- Use RF scanners to accurately place inventory in racking, pick items, and verify order accuracy
- Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips
- Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks; report any malfunctions or safety issues
- Identify, document, and resolve inventory or quality discrepancies, following SOPs and using the ICAR process when required
- Process inventory-related paperwork including orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organization
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
- Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
