This hotel is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate brings prior hotel front desk management experience, oversees daily check-in and check-out processes, manages payment transactions, and effectively resolves guest issues while guiding and supporting the front desk team.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily front desk and front office operations in a hotel hospitality setting.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including physical check-ins and room assignments.
- Process and verify payment and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Lead, supervise, and support the front desk team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on resolution.
- De-escalate challenging situations and maintain a calm, welcoming environment for guests.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Ensure administrative support tasks related to front office operations are completed accurately and on time.
- Promote hotel rewards and loyalty programs, such as Marriott Bonvoy, to enhance guest engagement.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support smooth overall hotel operations.
- Proven front desk hotel management experience.
- Strong background in hospitality and hotel front office operations.
- Experience as a Front Desk Manager or Front Office Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer service and guest relations in a hotel environment.
- Proficiency in processing credit transactions and handling payment methods.
- Ability to manage physical check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
- Skill in de-escalating situations and resolving customer complaints professionally.
- Strong organizational and administrative support skills.
- Ability to oversee and guide a front desk team effectively.
- Marriott hotel experience is a plus.
- Experience with Marriott Bonvoy or other hotel rewards programs is a plus.

This role is based in a hotel hospitality setting at the front desk, working directly with guests and staff in a professional, service-oriented environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $84000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
