Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

StyleKorean Inc. is a global K-Beauty distributor operated by SILICON2 Co., Ltd. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our growing warehouse and logistics operations in Buena Park, CA.

This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and logistics. The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, palletizing, receiving, shipping, and inventory-related tasks.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations to ensure products are accurately and efficiently processed and prepared for shipment.

This position involves physical warehouse work, including picking and packing products, palletizing, assisting with inbound and outbound shipments, and operating warehouse equipment as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Palletize products and prepare shipments for pickup.
• Assist with receiving and putting away incoming products.
• Assist with shipping and outbound warehouse operations.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.

Equipment & Safety
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order pickers, as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Properly handle products and warehouse equipment to prevent damage and maintain a safe work environment.

Inventory & General Support
• Assist with inventory-related tasks, including organizing and locating products.
• Support daily warehouse operations and workflow as assigned.
• Communicate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of warehouse tasks.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics operations.
• Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, or other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Korean and English bilingual ability is a plus.
