The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Las Vegas, NMÂ to recruit a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and daily care needs while supporting the overall nursing team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility) Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Reposition and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests Support patient comfort and emotional well-being Assist with admission, discharge, and transport of patients as needed Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or GED preferred CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Prior healthcare or hospital experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to lift, move, or assist patients as required Exposure to clinical environments and bodily fluids Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situationsPosition: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
