We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Electrical Test Engineer with a strong background in circuit board analysis, test system development, and failure mode troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production environments, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys solving complex problems with a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.


As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will:

  • Develop, validate, and support electrical test systems for electro-mechanical assemblies, including Hipot, and Functional tests.
  • Perform detailed circuit board analysis and troubleshoot failure modes across embedded electronic modules and control systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for test failures and non-conforming products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, throughput, and product quality.
  • Support hardware and software debugging workflows to accelerate failure resolution and improve yield.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings and yield improvements.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal quality systems.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical testing, circuit board diagnostics, and quality assurance.
  • Must be able to demonstrate:
    • Proficiency in test system design, circuit diagnostics, and failure analysis.
    • Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C++, and Bash scripting.
    • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certified preferred).
    • Understanding of Agile development practices and digital operations.

The pay range for this position is $66,220 - $113,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
