About Us: In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in pediatric care. Our services include Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Physical Therapy (PT), Mental Health Services, Feeding Therapy, a Therapeutic Preschool Program, Transitional Program, and ABA Services. Our mission is to support our community by helping as many children as we can while having fun along the way!

Job Responsibilities: As an LSW at In2Great!, you'll play a pivotal role in our child-centered approach to therapy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct client evaluations and assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and establish goals.
• Provide therapy sessions based on a child-centered approach.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ parents/caregivers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
