Project Representative

In this role you will:

Performs administrative tasks, supporting Project Associates, Project Administrators, and Project Managers, to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
Assists in conducting research, drafts reports, keeps project management tracking systems updated, fields calls, and manages correspondence from project team members.
Makes meeting arrangements, performs outreach, tracks budgets, and oversees the minute details associated with complex task tracking.
Assists management in brainstorming ideas, troubleshoots potential issues, discusses various approaches, and sets parameters for goals and measurements.

What you bring to the table:

High school diploma or GED

Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm

Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
