Construction Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Construction Laborers for projects located in the Buffalo, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $19-24/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Assist skilled trades on active construction sites
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites to maintain safe working conditions
• Use hand tools and basic power tools
• Assist with demolition, site prep, and material handling
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and jobsite protocols
• Support carpenters, labor crews, and other trades as needed

Requirements

• Previous construction labor experience required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
