We are seeking a hospitality‑focused Cook to join our Culinary Services team. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• Prepare and present meals that meet quality, appearance, and nutritional standards
• Follow menu cycles and dietary requirements according to regulations and community policies
• Demonstrate strong cooking skills with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Assist with meal service and dishwashing as needed
• Interact with residents to ensure satisfaction with food quality, temperature, and presentation
• Recommend improvements to enhance food service operations
• Represent the community in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
• Support a culture where great service and engagement drive occupancy and revenue

• High school diploma required
• Culinary degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience (restaurant, senior living, or similar)
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and serving seniors

• Pay: $22+ per hour
