About the Role:

The Dock Worker plays a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain process, ensuring that parts are efficiently loaded and unloaded from trucks and delivery vehicles. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parts from trucks and delivery vehicles, sometimes utilizing forklifts and other equipment.
  • Packaging parts with appropriate materials or in appropriate format on trucks to prevent damage. 
  • Inspect parts/loads for accuracy and damage, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain the shipping dock area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of orders and inventory management.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks.
