Position Now Available: IPT Direct Support Professional

 

Overview

Our IPT Direct Support Professional assists in running a program with individuals teaching parenting skills.

 

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Pay rate: $18.21/hr.

Key Duties

  • Teach budgeting, healthy life choices, health and safety tips, and self-care
  •  Pick up individuals from their residence and go for on-site learning activities or out into the community
  • Assist with grocery shopping and other beneficial parenting skills

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent diploma preferred
  • In Lieu of High School diploma or equivalent diploma, new hires will be required to complete all Arc Erie County New York’s training to include SCIP, First Aid, CPR and Medication Certification.
  • Human Services experience preferred
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License w/ approved record and ownership/access to an insured car
