The Garden Grille Restaurant, located inside of the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown is hiring a Line Cook to support our breakfast, dinner, and banquet operations. We’re looking for someone reliable, efficient, and team-oriented with a passion for quality food.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to brand standards

• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen

• Stock stations and follow food-safety guidelines

• Support meal service and occasional catering events

Qualifications:

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant required

• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
