Maintenance assistant position details: This is a Full Time, 37.5 hours/week position. The shift for this position include 7am - 3pm and 10am - 6pm. Weekend and alternating holiday availability is required.  Maintenance assistant job duties include: Complete work orders as assigned. Monitor buildings and grounds to ensure they are neat and possess a safe environment. Assist in preventative maintenance of the building. Maintain the emergency action plans. Complete snow removal and salting of all walkways and parking areas as needed. Perform landscaping of garden beds and grass areas as needed, including cutting, weeding, and watering. QualificationsMaintenance assistant qualifications:  Must have basic maintenance knowledge including painting, plumbing, etc. Must have one year of maintenance related employment.  Must have a valid driver’s license.
