Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team!
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our corporate office. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of a multi‑department office—including Legal, HR, Marketing, and Administrative Support—and for providing leadership to approximately 40 employees. The ideal candidate is a seasoned office management professional with strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and the confidence to manage a large work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the corporate office to ensure efficient workflow across all departments
- Provide leadership and direction to approximately 40 employees
- Ensure consistent policy enforcement and adherence to company standards
- Maintain a professional, organized, and productive office environment
- Support executive leadership with operational oversight and special projects
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications/Requirements:
- MBA degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or corporate operations
- Proven experience overseeing large teams (20+ employees preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities
- Experience developing and enforcing office policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions confidently
Shift:
- 6-day work week
- Monday – Saturday
Pay:
- $100,000 per year
