You’ll play a key role in aligning purchasing and supply chain strategies with business goals while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   Relocation assistance is available for this position.   What You’ll Do Lead procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management functions Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support production and customer needs Build and manage strong supplier relationships while driving cost savings and quality improvements Oversee demand forecasting, capacity planning, and material flow to support production schedules Optimize logistics, freight, and distribution while ensuring regulatory compliance Champion continuous improvement, lean practices, and supply chain risk management QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus) Supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in manufacturing a plus Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and lead cross-functional teams Experience with ERP/MRP systems; APICS/CSCP or Six Sigma certification a plus Why Join Us?
