This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed. - Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives. - Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed. - Prepare detailed reports on project status and present to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. - Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to team members and stakeholders. - Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects. QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception through completion. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels. - Demonstrated experience with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively. - Proficient in risk management and problem-solving, with a strategic mindset to anticipate challenges and develop solutions. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. Successful Candidate must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.
