Promotions Production Associate 

Regular, Full Time 

Buffalo, NY


Come join DiVal Safety Equipment, Buffalo, New York headquarters in our fast paced and growing Promotions department. The function of this position is to support the production of the Promotions department. 

Candidates must possess –

  • Positive energy and enjoy assisting and serving others.
  • Make the customers’ experience positive, productive and enjoyable.
  • Strong productive work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and develop personally and professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Always focus on safety – safety training and direction must be always adhered to. Report any safety concerns to management immediately.
  • Operate silk screen, embroidery, heat press and pad printing equipment
  • Work efficiently and maintain scheduled time frames / in-hands’ dates
  • Quality Control
  • Maintain department housekeeping and organization
  • Accurately count, fold and package product 
  • Prepare screens and plates for production
  • Takedown and restore screens
  • Maintain organization of files, logos, screens and plates in the department’s dark room
  • Provide a positive presence and input to our exceptional DiVal team.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a NON-D.O.T. physical with drug screen.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills a must
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work within a production environment, regularly required to stand for 8 hours a day and lift packages up to 30 pounds
  • Strong communication skills and able to follow instructions
  • We will train the right candidate
  • Basic math/computer skills
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
