Property Porter - Responsibilities

The Property Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Clean the leasing office and restrooms daily.
Clean and maintain model apartments on a daily basis.
Clean vacant apartments as assigned by the Superintendent.
Ensure all vacant units remain fresh, clean, and free of odors.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of laundry facilities each day.
Notify management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.
Perform daily cleaning duties including carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.

Property Porter - Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Willingness to perform assigned duties and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow.
Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
Effective communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to work well with residents, visitors, vendors, and team members from diverse backgrounds.
